Chevening Scholarship award

In 2015 Tamara Halasi, 2007-2012 DSMT HE scholarship student, was awarded a Foreign and Commonwealth Office Chevening Scholarship to study for a Masters in Biomedical Engineering in 2015-16 at the University of Surrey.   These scholarships are aimed at young people with evident leadership qualities and competition for them is very tough. Applicants come from over 140 countries and Chevening alumni can be found across the world in influential positions in government, the arts, industry, medicine etc.
